Market days on the 27th & 28th November and 04th & 05th December will attract foot traffic of approx ~1,000* people per day. 


Markets days on the 20th & 21st November and 18th & 19th December will attract foot traffic of approx ~500* people per day.

Once you receive an "Invoice number" (example: Invoice #51537), you booking is confirmed. Next step is to send through your Public Liability Insurance to ForestGreenMarket@gmail.com


Food vans/Food stall holders and Stall holders: 

Please confirm with us first before booking a stall, especially when your category is common:

Candles, muliti level marketing promotion, activies, coffee and food. 

This is important for us all not to have two of the same type of stalls on the day of the market.

Stalls will be held inside a large hall (looks like an aircraft hanger) The hall has high celings protecting everyone from the sun and wind. Stall size is 3 x 3 Meters with only one frontage. 

By default any generators and/or vehilces will be alocated an outdoor stall. 



Stalls will be held just outside the large hall, there are two types of sizes, 5 x 5 Meters or 15 Meters. Anyone with a food van/trailer or generator will be alocated outdoors. 
We suggest anyone trading outdoors, to bring a gazebo or equivalent to protect from the sun and other weather that might come. (Photo of an outdoor stall shown in the photo album on this page, above)

Instructions for: Bump in / Bump out...

Although we are flexible with setup time, we must respect those around us who have bumped in earlier or there is foot traffic. 

Market opening hours to the public are: 9am - 3pm (although the stall holders can stay longer)


Bump in:

The farm will be opened at 7am, bump in can be between 7am and 9am.

Bump out:

The farm closes at about 7pm, bump out can be between 3pm and 7pm.



  • We have the right to cancel any booking that has been made when it breaches our market conditions.
  • Not to double up on the same stall types, we will avoid having two or more stalls of the same product/service unless of course both parties agree.
  • We may refuse refunds when cancellations are made last minute.
  • We apply the First Come First Serve method.
  • Public Liability Insurance required only on the day of trading.

Public Liability: 

Public Liability insuracne is mandatory. Each stall holder requires a valid Public Liability insurance cover on the day(s) of trading. 

We do not offer sales of Public Liability insurance, although this company offers Public Liability insurance for a day or year cover at a competitive price from $40/day or $149/year.

Cancellation/ Refund Policy If we cancel:


Should Forest Green Market  be cancelled due to reasons of emergency, danger, weather conditions, thunderstorms, severe wind, heatwaves, safety, health concerns (this includes COVID19), or other reasons that are not in reasonable control of the Forest Green Market organisers we do offer a 50% of stall fee to be issued as a credit.

If you cancel: Invoices in full are due 2 weeks prior to each event (50% upfront and 50% settled at 2 weeks) Should you cancel your stall booking before your next instalment is due, your deposit is still forfeited. If you cancel within the 2 weeks prior to an event after paying in full you forfeit your deposit but the remainder will be credited towards a future event (24-48 hours notice required) . A business who can no longer attend a market may not replace their own booking with another business. This is at the discretion of Forest Green Market Organisers to replace stalls. Due to the administration required we do not offer refunds even if we manage to replace your stall. This policy is in place to encourage reliability.

Forest Green Market reserve the right to terminate a booking should a stall holder: Not comply with terms and conditions Commit a criminal act at the market Fail to attend and set up in a reasonable time before trading hours Fail to behave in a manner that complies with market etiquette Fail to comply with ACCC regulations Be found to have submitted a misleading applications and items for sale are not quality or pre-approved Any other disorderly conduct as determined by Forest Green Market Owners and therefore shall not result in a refund. Weather Refund Policy There will be no refunds issued should Forest Green Market be cancelled due to reasons of emergency, danger, weather conditions, safety, health concerns, or other reasons that are not in reasonable control of the The Forest Green Market organisers (as deemed and only when announced by the Forest Green Market organisers) There are general costs, advertising costs, permits and many hours that go into an event that we cannot offer refunds for reasons outside of the organisers control. A 50% admin fee applies (your deposit) and the remaining amount will be credited towards a future market date If the weather deteriorates throughout the day you will not be entitled to a refund or credit.

Waste Management Stallholders are required to remove all excessive rubbish from the Market. Rubbish bins provided are for the general public and not to be used to dispose of unwanted clothing, stallholder, food truck waste and or packaging. At the end of trading hours the stallholder is required to clean their space and remove any broken racks, coat hangers, shelving, baskets or accessories. We encourage using eco-friendly bags such as recycled paper or enviro bags All stalls are required to stay until the market closes, stalls who do not comply with this rule, will not be accepted to trade in the future.

    We have unique handblown Christmas baubles and glassware from Egypt. We have not come across any other businesses selling similar ornaments and glassware to us but l saw there is another stall selling decorations and you do not want to double up.

    Hi Justine, thank you for contacting us. Our policy is not to have two of the same stalls on the same day. The stalls need to be of the same items. When the items are handcrafted and unique in their way, that is considered not to be of the same stall. In your case hand blown Christmas baubles glassware from Egypt sound unique.     Thank you Helene for your question. In most cases we only ask for one 5 x 5 M booking outdoors. In your case if it is a once "Food Truck" in one piece, this will be considered as one stall, even so it will occupy a 7 x 3 M spacing.     Your out door site is 5x5 we need 6x3 would we have to book 2 sites.

    Hi Lyell, That is a good valid question. We have ample of outdoor space and we can accomodate for a 6 x 3 M space. You will only need to book one stall. Prior to book, please confirm with our market team that your stall is accepted.

    If i do two consecutive days (sat and sun) can i leave my store set up over night and will It be secure

    Hi Margaret, Yes you can leave your stall up over night. The indoor stalls will be in a large building which is locked up daily.

    I have been coming to this market since it started a few years ago. It has great atmosphere always find many creative things that stall holders bring. Last year there was a Polar Express bus that took people to the Christmas tree field, it is like a tour around the Christmas tree farm. I am looking forward to coming again this year.

    I was at the market in 2018 when it all started. The market was well organised and indoors. I liked the atmosphere and the other stall holders liked it to. Will be returning again in 2019 and am sure many other stall holders will do the same.
